Getting documents signed and keeping an audit trail that stands up later.

Listed alphabetically. A listing is not a recommendation, and sponsored placements are labelled. Links go straight to the vendor.
Electronic signature inside the Adobe document stack.
The most widely recognised electronic signature platform.
Electronic signature, formerly HelloSign.
Document workflow and signature, common where proposals and contracts sit together.
Do electronic signatures hold up?
In most common law jurisdictions, yes, for most documents, and the frameworks have been in place for years. The exceptions are the ones that matter: wills, some property instruments, some documents requiring a witness or notarisation, and jurisdiction-specific formalities. Check the document type and the governing law rather than assuming, and keep the audit trail, because that is what gets produced if execution is challenged.
Is the standalone product still worth it?
Often not on its own. Signature is now built into practice management, contract management and document products, so the standalone tools compete on the surrounding workflow rather than on the signature itself. If you already pay for a system that signs, start there and see what it cannot do.
How this directory works. Products are selected and described by the Legal Desire editorial team. A listing is not a recommendation, and descriptions say what a product is for rather than how good it is, because the honest answer depends on your firm.
The directory carries both editorial entries and commercial placements. Anything commercial is labelled as sponsored on the page and in the structured data, so you always know which is which. Vendors can apply for a listing or a sponsorship.
