
Paramount Skydance Corporation (Nasdaq: PSKY) has announced that it has agreed to sell US$41.4 billion and €885 million of senior secured notes. The company intends to utilize the net proceeds of the notes offerings, together with cash on hand, borrowings under previously announced term loan financings, and the net proceeds of the previously announced equity financing, to, among other things, finance the purchase price for its previously announced acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc. (Nasdaq: WBD) and the repayment of certain existing debt. The sale of the notes is expected to close on October 5, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
