Stefano Ambrosioni joins Dentons as Corporate and M&A partner in Italy

Global law firm Dentons announces the recruitment of Stefano Ambrosioni as a partner in the Corporate and M&A practice in the Milan office, along with associate Tommaso Buda.

Stefano Ambrosioni joins from Gianni & Origoni law firm. He is experienced in mergers and acquisitions of listed and unlisted companies, private equity transactions and extraordinary corporate transactions. He advises national and multinational companies in a wide range of sectors, including mechanical engineering, banking and finance, automotive, insurance, gaming, pharmaceutical, energy and real estate.
