Latham & Watkins has advised LifeScore Limited, a leading adaptive music software platform, on its Series A funding round led by Octopus Ventures. The funding will be used to further develop LifeScore’s proprietary adaptive music technology and support the company’s expansion in Europe, the US, and Asia.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo, with associate Samantha Peacock.
