Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : 1. LLB 2. Eligible to practise in any court of India 3. Minimum of 3 years experience at any high court 4. Excellent Communication Skills in oral as well as writing 5. Experience/specialization in service matters
Job responsibilities / description ( उत्तरदायित्व) :
1. To provide legal advice to the University on all matters referred to him/her by the Registrar/VC. 2. To advise the University authorities on the need and choice of a session advocate when and if required. 3. To appear on behalf of the University before any court where the case against the University is pending. 4. To prepare affidavits/counter-affidavits on behalf of the University. 5. To undertake any activity relevant to his/her profession assigned by the University authorities.
