Sidley represented Pintarnya in the latest closing of its Series Seed fundraising, which was co-led by East Ventures and Vertex Ventures. In May, the Sidley team had also represented Pintarnya in connection with an earlier closing of its Series Seed fundraising, which was co-led by Sequoia and General Catalyst. Pintarnya is an Indonesia-based job-seeking digital platform which connects blue-collar workers and employers for employment opportunities. Since its launch, Pintarnya has connected more than 6,000 employers with more than 100,000 job seekers looking for opportunities in the food and beverage (F&B), retail, logistics, and hospitality sectors. To date, Pintarnya has raised a total of approximately US$14.3 million.
The Sidley team was led by Parthiv Rishi (Private Equity), and included Eldon Chan and Jian Wei Aw (both M&A).
