Sidley advised Flip, a next-generation social and live e-ecommerce platform, on its US$60 million Series B funding at a valuation of US$500 million. The funding round was led by WestCap, with participation from Streamlined Ventures and other investors.
The Sidley team was led by Alina Azizian (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital), Dr. Idan Netser (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital, Tax), and included Graeme Waller and Madison Ferraro (both Emerging Companies and Venture Capital).
