
Ropes & Gray advised TPG in the sale of Immucor, Inc. to Werfen for approximately $2 billion, with closing subject to customary regulatory approvals. The announcement was made public on Nov. 3 in a press release.
TPG is a global alternative asset management firm with $127 billion of assets under management and investment and operational teams in 12 offices globally. Immucor, headquartered in Norcross, Georgia, has a global presence in transfusion and transplant in vitro diagnostics.
