Freshfields advises Chalhoub Group, the largest luxury retail operator in the Middle East, on its acquisition of a majority stake in Threads Styling, a London based digital luxury retailer and personal shopping platform. The signing and closing of the deal took place simultaneously on 27 September 2022.
The Freshfields team advising on the transaction was led by partner Pervez Akhtar and senior associate Manse Park with principle support from Maha Osman, Khaled Al Assaf, Tariq Saeed, Mirabel Anosike, Aliana Dhanani, Max Chapman, Miya Modhvadia and Chloe Turner.
