We have advised Veranda Learning Solutions Limited (the “Issuer“) to raise 2000 million by way of an Initial Public Offering (the “IPO“).
The Issuer is an education technology company providing diversified and integrated learning solutions in online, offline hybrid and offline blended formats to students, aspirants, graduate professionals and corporate employees (B2B and B2C) through multitude of career-defining competitive exams, professional courses, exam-oriented courses, short term upskilling and reskilling courses including UPSC Exams, State Public Service Commission, Staff Selection Commission, Banking, Insurance, Railways and Chartered Accountancy.
The IPO opened for subscription on March 29, 2022 and closed on March 31, 2022. The IPO was subscribed 3.53 times, whereas its retail portion was subscribed 10.76 times.
