Phoenix — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Bankruptcy attorney Amelia Valenzuela has rejoined the firm’s Phoenix office as of counsel. She was previously in-house for a national diversified real estate company.
Valenzuela focuses her practice on all aspects of distressed loan representation, including loan restructurings, bankruptcy reorganizations, creditor’s rights and other commercial loan transactions. Additionally, she represents diverse entities in state court and in bankruptcy proceedings under Chapters 7, 11 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code.
Valenzuela is a current board member for the Charles W. & Patricia S. Bidwill Foundation, which focuses on improving access to education for less advantaged children. She holds a Juris Doctor from Arizona State University and Bachelor of Arts from Wheaton College in Norton, Mass.
