Its Corporate Office is at NOIDA (U.P). It has an authorized capital of ₹1000 crore and a paid up capital of ₹ 490.58 crore out of which Government of India’s share is 90% and 10% is held by financial institutions & others.

Assistant Manager (Law): ₹ 32900 – 58000/-
Minimum Required Qualifications: Degree in Law from a recognized university.
Experience: 19 years of experience for the post of Deputy General Manager; 16 years of experience for the Post of Chief Manager and 2 years of experience for the Post of Assistant Manager.
Age Limit: Between Not more than 45 years.
