Historically, the firm’s corporate and litigation practice verticals were housed in two separate Firms, both of which were founded by Managing Partner, Mr. Rajiv Luthra. The new structure enhances the firm’s capabilities by bringing in greater synergies and unified governance under a new Executive Committee.
Personal expectations of some of the erstwhile Litigation partners could not be accommodated under the new ‘one firm’ structure. Consequently, some members of the Litigation firm had to move on to explore other opportunities. L&L’s litigation practice, now being housed in a single firm, remains robust with 20 litigation partners and is rapidly expanding. The Firm has received overwhelming client support.
