DLA Piper has advised team.blue on the acquisition of majority stake in Leadinfo B.V. The Rotterdam based company is a European top player in real-time lead generation. Leadinfo builds software to identify B2B website visitors. The company aims to empower all businesses to grow and fill their sales pipeline with high-quality leads. It wants to help brands optimise their sales efforts so that they can focus on what matters: building relationships. Following the acquisition founder, Han Kleppe will continue to lead the company.
team.blue is a leading digital enabler for businesses and entrepreneurs. The company serves over 2.5 million customers in Europe and has more than 1,800 experts supporting them. The goal is to shape technology and support companies with innovative digital services. By acquiring a majority stake in Leadinfo, the Belgians are entering a new segment within the online business world: B2B lead generation.
