Latham & Watkins has advised L Catterton Europe, a leading global consumer-focused private equity firm, on its acquisition of a significant minority shareholding in Little Moons, a premium dessert brand in the UK.
Little Moons, a family-run ice cream company founded by Howard and Vivien Wong in 2010, has become one of the fastest growing food brands in the UK over the last few years. With L Catterton’s support, Little Moons will be positioned to accelerate its growth and international expansion.
The London Latham team was led by corporate partners Linzi Thomas and Tom Evans, with finance partner James Chesterman, and corporate associates Jon Fox and Hannah Berdal.
