Latham & Watkins has advised Intuitive Ventures on the US$14 million Series A funding round of Optellum, an Oxford-based medtech company that provides a breakthrough AI platform to diagnose and treat early-stage lung cancer.
The round was led by Mercia, with participation from Intuitive Ventures and Black Opal Ventures, as well as existing investors.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo, with associate Aaron Bassett.
