Latham & Watkins has advised fast-growing fintech SaaS provider Toqio on its €18.7 million Series A funding round.
The round was led by AlbionVC, with participation from Aldea Ventures, as well as previous investors and angel investors.
Latham previously advised Toqio on its Series Seed fundraising in July 2021.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo, with associates Samantha Peacock and Zoe Liu.
