Kirkland & Ellis is advising Presidio, a portfolio company of BC Partners, on the agreement to acquire Arkphire. Headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, Arkphire is a leading IT product procurement and IT services company, serving customers internationally across more than 90 countries.
The matter involved close collaboration across Kirkland’s London and New York offices.
