Hogan Lovells advises Baader Bank Aktiengesellschaft on its second scrip dividend

Led by Frankfurt partner Prof. Dr. Michael Schlitt, global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Baader Bank Aktiengesellschaft on its second scrip dividend transaction

 

Shareholders were given the choice to receive the dividend either in cash or partially in cash and partially in the form of shares of Baader Bank Aktiengesellschaft. With a subscription price at EUR 3.75 for each share, and a subscription ratio of 15 to 1, the acceptance rate was around 67.8 percent of the dividend-bearing shares. To create the 2,109,309 new shares, Baader Bank Aktiengesellschaft increased its share capital by making use of authorized capital.
