The firm’s Brussels office has advised Kingspan, the Ireland based global leader in advanced insulation and building envelope solutions, on the acquisition of Derbigum, a Belgium based international leader in ecological and sustainable roofing products.
Derbigum offers smart roofing solutions that save energy, reduce CO2 emissions and are fully recyclable.
This new partnership strengthens Kingspan’s long-term commitment for a sustainable future in manufacturing and the acquisition fits perfectly into Kingspan’s strategy.

The transaction was led by the Brussels M&A team, headed by counsel Patrice Viaene with the support from M&A associate Celine Feys.
