DLA Piper Ukraine’s real estate team has advised TechHosting LLC on lease of 7,656 m2 of office space, which will serve as the company’s new innovative coworking space.
TechHosting will consolidate several offices to occupy the entire 5 floors in the Voronin Business Center, a class A office space located at 3 Korolenkivska Street. The business center was under construction during negotiations, which was completed by the time of closing the deal. The negotiations on the terms started before the COVID-19 outbreak, continued during lockdown, and necessary adjustments were made for a successful completion of the deal.
The team was led by Partner and Head of Real Estate, Natalia Kochergina, supported by associate Yevhen Husakov. The team conducted legal due diligence of the business center and the adjacent land plot, worked on lease and supporting agreements and represented the client in negotiations with the landlord.
