DLA Piper has appointed Thierry Wonner as Head of Finance in its Luxembourg office.
Previously, Thierry worked as a Finance Manager in a fast-growing data centre operating in around ten countries across Europe, Africa and the Americas. There he was responsible for the consolidation of 40 entities under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and of the group financial reporting. He also led the implementation of an enterprise resource planning (ERP) tool and a treasury management software.
Prior to that Thierry has been an auditor with EY Luxembourg, for almost seven years. He specialised in the audit of commercial and industrial companies ranging from construction and manufacturing to media and telecommunications, under Lux GAAP and IFRS.
Thierry graduated from Grenoble Ecole de Management in 2013 with a Masters’ degree in management, majoring in corporate finance.
