Dentons advises Singapore private trust on purchase of student accommodation in Warwick

Dentons has advised Aristotle (RQ) Limited, owned by a Singapore private trust, on the purchase of newly constructed purpose built student accommodation and the negotiation of a management agreement with Torsion Students Ltd.. The Red Queen accommodation is near to the University of Warwick’s main campus, and was acquired for £20.75 million. The newly constructed property was completed in September 2020 with 210 en-suite bedrooms over 5 floors and several communal spaces including a study area, gym, cinema and lounge.
