Dentons has advised Nexity Polska, part of the Nexity Group – the first full-service provider of real estate services in France, on the conclusion of a preliminary sale agreement for the La Praga residential project in Warsaw with Van der Vorm Vastgoed, the Dutch fund. Ultimately, the investment located at 10 Radzymińska Street will consist of two buildings with the apartments intended for a long-term rent. The transaction was conducted in a forward purchase formula.
La Praga is a complex of two intimate buildings which will be constructed in the right-bank part of Warsaw. The investment will consist of two six-storey properties offering 157 apartments with areas ranging from 27 to 51 sq. m. All available apartments that Van der Vorm Vastgoed has purchased from Nexity correspond to more than 80 percent of all the units that will be completed within two stages of the investment. All of them will be intended for a long-term rent.
The transaction was managed by partner Magdalena Szwarc-Brożyna with the support of associate Magdalena Witka.
