Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas welcomes Anu Tiwari as a Partner in its Financial Regulatory Practice

September 18, 2020, Mumbai: Mr. Anu Tiwari is re-joining Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) as a Partner in its Financial Regulatory Practice. He will be based in Mumbai. Anu has represented many Indian and multinational fintech, banking, broker-dealer, exchange, asset management, speciality finance and information/emerging technology companies on transactional, enforcement and regulatory matters. His transactional practice focus is on public & private M&A, capital raising, commercial agreements and activism matters. He is recognised globally by Chambers & Partners and IFLR1000 as a leading financial services practitioner.

Anu had joined erstwhile Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co., Mumbai office in June 2007 after completing graduation from NUJS, Kolkata and was with the firm till May 2016.
