
International law firm Clifford Chance advised Bogusław Kowalski, the founder of Graal Group, and Abris Capital Partners, a leading independent private equity fund manager investing in Central Europe, on the signing of the preliminary agreement to sell the Graal Group, a leading canned fish producer in Poland, to Lisner, part of the German food business Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller. The closing of the transaction is subject to antimonopoly approval being obtained from the Polish Office for Competition and Consumer Protection.
