Clifford Chance advised the Managers on Arcadis’ debut issue of EUR 500 million Notes. The Notes are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
This transaction concerns a debut issue of EUR 500 million Notes by Arcadis due in 2028. Arcadis is the world’s leading company delivering sustainable design, engineering and consultancy solutions for natural and built assets. With over 36,000 people in 70 countries it is dedicated to improving quality of life.
The transaction’s managers are BofA Securities, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE (both the Global Coordinators), BNP Paribas, Rabobank, HSBC and ING.
