Allen & Overy has advised Providence Equity Partners on the financing for its joint investment with Five Arrows Principal Investments in A2MAC1, a global leader and provider of vehicle benchmarking insights and solutions across the mobility industry.
The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2023, subject to customary closing conditions.
The cross-border financing team was led by London partner Vanessa Xu and Paris partner Thomas Roy, and supported by Senior Associate Sherry Khalili.
