Dentons has advised Swiss Life Select Slovensko, a leading provider of financial services and a member of the Swiss Life International Group, on the acquisition of the Slovak independent financial agent POINFO. The acquisition is an important part of Swiss Life’s growth strategy in Central and Eastern Europe and will strengthen its corporate service division. The parties have agreed that the transaction amount will not be disclosed.
Swiss Life Select Slovensko focuses on financial planning with a strong emphasis on asset management, investments, mortgages, life insurance and pensions.
POINFO has been operating in the Slovak financial market since 2000 and specializes in non-life insurance for corporate clients and property insurance for individuals.
