Ten Years of Soft2Bet: Key Milestones in Building a Technology Company

Ten years is a decent stretch for judging a tech company, long enough to look past any single release and ask how much has actually changed. Soft2Bet is a good example. Launched in 2016, it grew over the following decade into an international technology company building solutions for the online entertainment industry. What got it there wasn’t one big leap. It was a steady build: a wider product portfolio, new markets, ongoing investment in its own technology.

2016: Soft2Bet Launches and Development of the Company

In 2016, Soft2Bet launched as a B2B technology company focused on online gambling and betting operators. The business model was built around a turnkey approach: instead of a set of disconnected tools, operators got a ready-made technology platform that could be adapted to a specific market’s needs.

At the same time, Soft2Bet’s specialists were building out the platform’s technological core. The company focused on the tools an operator needs to launch and run day-to-day operations, from managing accounts to customizing a project’s look and functionality.

As the business grew, the development structure changed too. Soft2Bet continued to work on product development, platform scalability, and technical improvements. The engineering side expanded right along with the business itself.

Scaling Up Development and Building the Foundation for Soft2Bet’s Future Growth

In the years that followed, one focus area was the game portfolio. Soft2Bet expanded its partnerships with content providers, and each new partnership brought its own round of integration, testing, and adaptation to the existing platform. That groundwork is visible in today’s numbers: the platform now supports more than 12,500 games from hundreds of providers.

Another priority sat further back, in the operational infrastructure that keeps an operator’s business running day to day. As its technical expertise deepened, Soft2Bet put more resources into this side of the platform and the processes tied to it.

Customization kept expanding too. Operators could adapt the front end and the product offering to fit their own business model and audience, rather than work with a single fixed setup. At the same time, fraud detection and responsible gambling weren’t treated as an afterthought. Soft2Bet built these into the platform alongside everything else from the start, and over time that work became just another part of daily product development, not a separate track.

Expanding the B2B Offering and Growing Soft2Bet’s Technology Platform

As the business grew, Soft2Bet expanded its B2B offering, bringing more and more solutions together within a single technology platform. Operators gained access to the tools they needed in one environment, without having to integrate solutions from multiple vendors on their own.

Soft2Bet’s offering came to include:

  • a player account management system (Player Account Management);

  • front-end customization;

  • a Casino Integrated Solution with a broad game portfolio;

  • a Sportsbook Integrated Solution for betting products;

The modular structure lets an operator build the setup it needs. For Soft2Bet, this also meant reworking its internal development processes. New platform modules had to line up with existing ones right away, so updates could roll out smoothly without disrupting operators already connected to the platform.

Strengthening Operational and Technical Infrastructure

As the platform grew, so did its localization options. Today, Soft2Bet’s products are available in more than 20 languages, letting operators adapt them for different audiences. Gamification tools with flexible integration also advanced during this period. An operator can decide for itself which mechanics to use in its product, rather than working with a fixed set of features.

Faster Development, International Expansion, and a New Stage of Maturity

The past few years have marked the next stage in the growth of Soft2Bet’s technology portfolio. The company has continued to expand its own solutions and the infrastructure it built up over the prior years.

The results of this period also show up in the company’s performance. In 2025, time-to-market improved by more than 200%, and partner onboarding cycles shrank by 70%. The company’s technical progress has come with industry recognition, too. Between 2024 and 2026, the company picked up awards in categories tied to mobile technology, software, and innovation.

So over ten years, what changed most is the scale of Soft2Bet’s technology system. New integrations, modules, localization options, and operator tools were added to the original B2B model one step at a time. The company reached its ten-year mark with a full platform whose growth rested on decisions made consistently at every stage of its history.
