Hogan Lovells Cadwalader advises Pemberton Asset Management on the financing of Inflexion’s minority investment in Marktlink Capital

London, 24 September 2026 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells Cadwalader has advised Pemberton Asset Management on the financing of Inflexion’s minority investment in Marktlink Capital.

Marktlink Capital is a leading Benelux investment platform providing private investors with access to leading private equity, venture capital and private credit funds across Europe and North America.  The transaction will support Martklink’s next phase of growth.

The Hogan Lovells Cadwalader team was led by Banking and Loan Finance partner Francis Booth with support from senior associate Becky Powell, associates Alex Walker and Neil Johnstone and trainee Sophia Saunders in London, and partner Wouter Jongen, counsel Jan-Willem Boer and senior associate Viney Moerliesing in Amsterdam.
