
Sidley represented Walmart (NYSE: WMT) in a wide-ranging, 10-year partnership with UnitedHealth Group (NYSE: UNH) to deliver access to high-quality, affordable healthcare to seniors across the United States. The initiative expands value-based care delivered by clinicians at Walmart Health services. Beginning in January 2023, the collaboration will include a co-branded Medicare Advantage plan.
