Sidley Represents Rexel in Its US$1.4 Billion Acquisition of GCG

Sidley is representing Rexel (Euronext Paris: RXL) in its US$1.4 billion acquisition of GCG from Audax Private Equity. GCG provides specialized wire, cable, connectivity, power, and engineered products and services to customers across critical infrastructure markets. The acquisition is expected to broaden Rexel’s North American platform and deepen its exposure to fast-growing infrastructure end markets, including data centers, power and grid infrastructure, communications, defense, and utilities.
