Sidley Represents Star51 Capital in Its Investment in UltraSight’s US$24 Million Financing

Sidley represented Star51 Capital in connection with its investment in UltraSight™, a leader in AI-guided cardiac workflows, as part of the company’s US$24 million Series B2 financing. The financing was led by Alive HealthTech Growth Fund, with additional participation from Deep Insight, Connecticut Innovations, and eHealth Ventures, as well as existing investors Mayo Clinic Ventures, New York University, and Iron Nation. UltraSight™ intends to use the proceeds to support its U.S. commercial expansion, develop new workflows for intensive care and circulatory support settings, and pursue strategic collaborations to expand adoption of its Echosystem platform.

The Sidley team was led by Mayan Katz (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital).
