
Sidley is representing Profusa, Inc. (“Profusa”), a digital health and personalized medicine company, in its definitive business combination agreement with NorthView Acquisition Corp. (“Northview”) (Nasdaq: NVAC), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company (SPAC). Profusa’s technology enables continuous transmission of wireless and cloud-based medical grade data for personal, professional, and medical use. Upon closing, Profusa will become a publicly listed company.
