Sidley represented Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (NASDAQ: FFIE), a California-based global shared intelligent electric mobility ecosystem company, in an agreement for a new standby equity line of credit with an affiliate of Yorkville Advisors. The facility has an initial commitment of US$200 million, which can be increased to up to US$350 million at Faraday’s option.
