
Sidley represented Diversis Capital in its acquisition of majority ownership of Tideworks Technology. Tideworks provides terminal operating system solutions for marine and intermodal rail terminal operations worldwide. Diversis plans to support Tideworks’ product innovation, go-to-market capabilities, and continued growth as a standalone, independent business.
