Sidley represented Diri Care in the closing of its Series Seed funding, which was co-led by East Ventures and Sequoia Capital. Diri Care is an Indonesia-based consumer health technology startup that operates a digital clinic focusing on skin, hair, and related health conditions. The Diri Care platform enables users to receive rapid health assessments by certified physicians, personalized treatment prescriptions, and products delivered to their doorsteps.
