Sidley is representing Clearlake Capital Group in its investment in Databricks as part of Databricks’ US$5 billion strategic funding round. The investment is intended to deepen the companies’ partnership as Databricks enters its next phase of growth and continues to provide core data and AI infrastructure for enterprises.
The Sidley team is being led by Mehdi Khodadad (M&A and Private Equity) and includes Mike Podolny (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital), Avni Mehta, and Cameron Turkzadeh (M&A and Private Equity).
