Sidley represented TechCreate Group Ltd (NYSE American: TCGL) (TechCreate) in its initial public offering (IPO) and listing of its Class A ordinary shares on the NYSE American. Cathay Securities, Inc acted as the lead book-running manager, and Revere Securities LLC acted as a co-underwriter, for the offering.
TechCreate is a Singapore-based payment software solutions provider. Founded in 2015, it delivers digital payment and infrastructure solutions to financial institutions, telecommunications, deposit insurance, and enterprises. This is the fourth Singapore-based company that Sidley advised on their U.S. listings in the past two years.
The Sidley team was led by partners Meng Ding and Raymond Oh. Other team members included Liming Xu, Cindy Liu, and Alice Liu (all China Corporate and Finance).
