Sidley advised KKR in a significant transaction that created a pan-European logistics development platform. The transaction involved the purchase by KKR of a significant stake in Mirastar Real Estate Investment Management Limited (MREIM). MREIM will act as the asset manager and development manager for the platform. The transaction also included the acquisition of various seed assets across Europe and will expand KKR’s already strong presence in European industrial and logistics real estate.
