SC Collegium elevated 4 Advocates to be Judges of Jammu & Kashmir HC (Read Resolution Order)

SC collegium cleared the recommendation made by the then Chief Justice of the Jammu & Kashmir High Court on 24th August 2017, in consultation with his two senior-most colleagues. The Collegium resolves to recommend
that S/Shri (1) Shri Wasim Sadiq Nargal, (2) Nazir Ahmed Beig, and (3) Smt. Sindhu Sharma, Advocates & (4) Shri Rashid Ali Dar, Judicial Officer be appointed as Judges of the Jammu & Kashmir High Court. Their inter se seniority be fixed as per the existing practice.
