Ropes & Gray represented Planview in its acquisitions of Tasktop, a pioneer and leader in Value Stream Management (VSM), and Enrich, a product portfolio analytics company. Terms of both transactions were not announced. The signing of the Tasktop transaction was first announced on May 18 while the Enrich deal was made public on June 22 in a press release.
