Ropes & Gray represented BV Investment Partners in its investment in CallTower, an international leader in delivering cloud-based enterprise-class communications, contact center and collaboration solutions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The deal was announced in a press release on November 16.
Headquartered in Boston, BV Investment Partners is a middle-market private equity firm focused on the tech-enabled business services, software and IT services sectors.
The deal team included private equity partners Tim Castelli and Neill Jakobe, tax partner Aaron Harsh, finance partner Greg Bauer, employment partner Jen Cormier, data, privacy, and cybersecurity partner Fran Faircloth, regulatory partners Annie Herdman and Brendan Hanifin, and private equity associate Andrew Pomranke.
