Ropes & Gray represented Lee Equity Partners, LLC in the acquisition of Carisk® Partners, a specialty risk transfer and care coordination company serving insurers, government entities, self-insured plan sponsors and other managed care organizations. The deal was announced December 4 in a press release. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
