Ropes & Gray represented Varsity Healthcare Partners in a strategic growth investment in VetEvolve, a veterinary care platform employing over 100 veterinarians across 32 clinics throughout the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States. The terms of the deal were not disclosed. The transaction was announced in a press release.
