
Ropes & Gray advised Summa Equity AB, Olink Holding AB’s largest shareholder, in a sale to Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. Olink products and services provide pharmaceutical companies and clinical and academic institutions with proteomics research across disease areas. Thermo Fisher will commence a tender offer to acquire all of the outstanding Olink common shares and all of the American Depositary Shares. The transaction, which values Olink at approximately $3.1 billion and includes net cash of approximately $143 million, was announced in a press release.
