Ropes & Gray advised 1Life Healthcare Inc., which operates under the name One Medical, on health care and related matters in its sale to Amazon for approximately $3.9 billion. The announcement was made on July 21 in a press release.
One Medical is a national primary care organization on a mission to make quality care more affordable, accessible, and enjoyable through a seamless combination of in-person, digital, and virtual care services that are convenient to where people work, shop, and live.
The Ropes & Gray team that advised 1Life Healthcare was led by health care partners Jennifer Romig and Christina Bergeron, and included health care associates Sam Perrone, Gideon Palte, Eliza Pan, Emma Kaufman, Catherine Pellerin and Bessie Frias.
