Ropes & Gray advised Invesco Ltd. on the final closing of Invesco Credit Partners Fund II, a global distressed credit and special situations fund. The fund held its final closing on June 30 with $644 million from committed fund capital and co-investment vehicles. Invesco Ltd., a global independent investment management firm, managed over $40 billion in assets as of June 30, 2022. The transaction was announced July 28 in a press release.
