Ropes & Gray represented Audax Private Equity portfolio company DISA Global Solutions, a leading tech-enabled provider of employee screening, compliance, and workplace health & safety solutions, in the acquisition of Global HR Research from Renovo Capital. The acquisition marks DISA’s second add-on since Audax’ investment in the platform, reflecting Audax’ strategy to accelerate DISA’s growth through M&A. The transaction was announced on December 5. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Global HR specializes in providing a comprehensive suite of employee testing, screening, and compliance management solutions to a diverse set of markets including healthcare, manufacturing, and education.
